HGGN Series High Energy Anti-Impact Vibration Isolator incorporates the use of helical wire rope isolator
encased in a proprietary elastomeric compound. The stainless steel cable of the mount provides for a
rugged construction, while the elastomer provides additional damping and stiffness, with a significantly
enhanced energy absorption efficiency. This Series product is particularly suitable for vibration isolation
in shipboard equipments. The isolator has proven particularly strong in low natural frequency “soft
deck” applications of 12-16 Hz, reducing output G's to below 15 G's.
This series product provides excellent performance in bearing capacity,
maximum energy absorption capacity and maximum available deflection. The effect of shock absorption
is obviously superior to that of other vibration isolators.
